Tow Truck Driver's Arrest

On 26th December 2023 Mr Sonny C was arrested for grand theft auto as he was conducting in his job as a tow truck driver when he claimed he spotted a vehicle parked illegally. Mr Sonny C also claimed several officers were watching with the arresting officer, 'Deputy Winchester' of LSSD. Mr Sonny C told the Daily Scoop Deputy Winchester was behaving aggressive towards him as he was being detained and arrested.

Mr Sonny was processed and fined seven hundred dollars. Mr Sonny told the Daily Scoop he cannot afford to pay off a fine such as the one he was issued with. The Daily Scoop tried to approach Deputy Winchester for his side of the story but refused to meet any of the journalists at the Daily Scoop. The Daily Scoop was also informed by the dispatch team of the LSSD that the investigation is still ongoing. The city has had ongoing issues with the tow truck drivers impounding vehicles illegally.

Earlier today journalists of the Daily Scoop were spoken to by an anonymous source for having the same problems with tow truck drivers with a civil lawsuit against the Tow Yard but was denied by the DOJ for a civil trial case.

"I work here at the DMV. I seen about ten vehicles being towed away for parking legally and one of them was mine. When I went down to the towyard to get my car out, and explained my car was parked legally at the DMV. The towman said ok its normally two hundred and fifty bucks but if you apologise I will take it out for a hundred. Bitch I'm not apologising. I'd rather pay the two hundred and fifty bucks.''

Another source by the name of Mr Nashobi Redwood informed the Daily Scoop he has had his taxi impounded for parking legally.

"I believe towman are pirates of the roads sir. The scurge of the town. Like pigeons feeding of breadcrumbs. A taxi client had his car towed from his own private driveway."
