A heartbreaking, horrific scene occurred earlier today inside of the Los Santos Department of Motor Vehicles, when an as-yet-unidentified Law Enforcement Officer opened fire on four pet dogs inside of the building, causing panic and distress to the individuals present at the time.
The officer, who despite our best efforts is yet to be identified, then allegedly fired their weapon upon a homeless male outside of the building, killing him instantly. An eye-witness, who has asked to remain anonymous, had this to say.
“We were all just living in here in the DMV, and there were some dogs from someone who, I guess, had dogs? They were pets, they weren’t doing anything bad - Just walking around and saying hi to people, but according to the police they were supposedly ‘radioactive’, and ‘aggressive’, and then they said ‘We gotta shoot those dogs’. As such, around 30 bullets were fired at the dogs, and after they were done they just left. The police left the dog corpses in the lobby. They shot a homeless guy outside too.”
When attempts to speak with the owner of the dogs were undertaken, it was revealed that she was so distraught over the loss of her furry friends, that she had left the building in hysterics. However, we did speak with another onlooker, who once more, requested to remain anonymous.
"This was animal cruelty, nothing less. As someone who works and cares for animals, this kind of behavior from the people who are supposed to keep the public accountable for their actions is disgusting."
When asked to comment, a member of the LSPD had this to say.
"Who cares? They're just dogs."
